Isolated single-family housing project in the Buena Vista de Mijas urbanization. A house is developed on two floors with a basement for parking.

The design lines respond to contemporary Mediterranean architecture with the use of wood and white-coated facades.

The façades open with large openings towards the porch and pool so that the exterior spaces are integrated with the interior of the house.

The volumes of the house are organized based on a central hinge that articulates the building in the stair area, creating a body completely permeable to views.
