Innovaziona Arquitectura arises after the union of two young entrepreneurs and architects who decided to combine their enthusiasm to grow and develop on the Costa del Sol.

Its founders began their professional career in the year 2000, since then they have collaborated on numerous projects in different locations in Andalusia. In 2015 they decided to settle in Fuengirola where they have their Studio and that is when Innovaziona was born as an Architecture company.

Our experience with international clients on the Costa del Sol has led us to develop a product that responds to the needs they demand in a market where there are many variables. In this sense, we offer not only an architectural design service, but an extended product where we provide the client with all the necessary management that will provide them with enough information to develop their home with complete confidence, while allowing them to reside in their country of origin. As we often say, we like to be here the eyes and ears of our clients.

Through Integrated Project Management we manage the planning, direction and control of each and every one of the parts that comprise an architecture or engineering project, from design to construction and completion. In this way, the customer’s needs become our own.

Innovaziona has a multidisciplinary team of professionals, experts in the fields of architecture, engineering, and the economic and technical management of building-related projects. In each project, other experts related to land management, legal means or information technologies also participate. The Innovaziona team configures itself and adapts to the particular conditions and requirements of each project.
