Isolated single-family housing project in the Buena Vista de Mijas urbanization. A house is developed on three floors, one of them below ground for the basement and two of them above ground for day and night areas. The house is implanted in a plot of smooth topography that allows the implantation of an infinity pool and surrounding green areas for recreation.

The design lines respond to contemporary Mediterranean architecture with the use of wood in pergolas, vertical walls and white-coated facades. The façades open with large openings towards the porch and pool so that the exterior spaces are integrated with the interior of the house.
