Project of 12 single-family homes and urbanization in Mijas town. 12 isolated single-family villas are projected within plots equipped with swimming pools and garden areas.

A contemporary design is chosen with volumes of straight lines and large glazed openings in the facades that allow the participation of the landscape from inside the rooms.

The plot where the houses are located has a total area of 12,000 m2 facing the coastline. The natural character of the plot, where there is a stream and important groves, has a great weight.
